Stainless steel rotary joints installation points and precautions

1、Stainless steel rotary joints are precision manufactured and should avoid impact during handling and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.

2、The installation should be concentric with the connecting shaft to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.

3、When installing rotary joints with threaded connections, attention should be paid to whether the threads of the inner and outer pipes correspond to the direction of rotation of the drum, and the threads of the inner and outer pipes should also be rotated in the same direction.

4、The connection between the rotary joint and the pipe must be made with a hose (we recommend using a metal hose with good disturbance), and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.

5、The entrance and exit of the rotary joint should be directly connected to the hose as far as possible. To reduce the auxiliary weight of stainless steel joints and extend the service life.

6, the assembly of the inner tube, pay attention to the size of the fit and weight of the auxiliary support. The inner tube of the swivel stainless steel joint is recommended to use H8/e7 tolerance fit with the joint.

7, rotary joint support and stop rotation should be appropriate, the general rod diameter should be 2mm smaller than the stop hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the stainless steel joint rotary joint.
