With the continuous development of stainless steel joint technology and enterprises, stainless steel joints are widely used. Stainless steel joints have great advantages in terms of corrosion resistance. The petrochemical, aerospace and nuclear power industries are all recommended to use stainless steel. The following are some of the problems that often occur in the use of stainless steel joints.

A stainless steel fitting is a type of pipe fitting. It is made of stainless steel, so it is called stainless steel pipe fittings. Including: stainless steel elbow, stainless steel tee, stainless steel four-way, stainless steel reducer, stainless steel pipe cap, etc. Pipe fittings can be divided into socket type stainless steel fittings, threaded stainless steel fittings, flanged stainless steel fittings and welded stainless steel fittings according to the connection method. Stainless steel elbow is used at the turn of the pipe fittings; flange is used for the interconnection of pipes, and the pipe end connection, three pipe intersection with stainless steel tee pipe; four pipe intersection with stainless steel four-way pipe; stainless steel reducer is used to connect two different diameters of the pipe.
Common problems in the use of stainless steel joints:

1. Stainless steel hydraulic joints are easy to fall off, leak and other common failures after a period of successive use. The same series of imported stainless steel joints will present many similar problems.

2. Stainless steel quick couplings should not be used to connect products other than quick couplings or perhaps problematic products, such as infiltrated metal powder or dust, as this may cause the joint to not work properly or to leak. The hose should be firmly inserted into the bottom of the socket and secured with a hose band or nut.

3. Before using the stainless steel quick coupling, you should check if there are any leaks, cracks, chips and other details. If such problems as above are presented, immediately discontinue use and switch to a new connector without problems. Please make sure the air gun valve is closed before connecting to prevent danger.
